The Thanksgiving menu that I grew up has changed over the years… primarily because I married an Englishman who brought a lot of his holiday dishes with him. No, he never celebrated Thanksgiving in England, so we pretty much have two British Christmas dinners, except for the traditional dishes that I want included.
