So what happened prior May 1, 2007. It wasn't tested? I found very difficult to believe that is a brand new never happened before issue. Chinese factories have a long story of lowering their cost using any mean available if anything I believe that now a days they are much safer than ever before. And how about Walmart? They always forced their suppliers into become low cost at any cost. I found that this issue shows how US companies have a criminal disregard for to the end user's safety even if the end users are children. This isn't surprising knowing that many factories use children to build the products. I always said children making toys for children. Sick!
