Two-Minute Tip: Discard Old Shampoo Bottles

Half-empty (or even empty!) shampoo bottles have a tendency to accumulate in bathroom cabinets. Maybe you wanted to try a new brand, or found that you don’t like what you bought. They’re already half-used so it’s a waste to throw them away. Or you just never got around to squeezing out the last little bit of shampoo from the almost-empty bottle. Whatever it is, if you haven’t touched these in a while, it’s time to get rid of them.
If you don’t want to waste them, use up the shampoo before buying more. Or find a shelter to donate them to. And those empty bottles? What’s the point of hanging on to them? Rinse them off, and toss them in your recycling bin.
Discarding old shampoo bottles shouldn’t take you more than two minutes, and you might find that you have just a little less clutter in your home.
