		<description>I tried to make these last night.  I used my own fresh roasted arabica beans and hershey&#039;s dark chocolate bars.  THEY WERE DELICIOUS!
but...
i refrigerated them overnight and when i took them out, they melted almost instantly!  I do live in Mexico and it&#039;s a little hot right now.  But I&#039;m wondering if there is anyway that I can use a different chocolate that is more solid?  Something that won&#039;t melt before I can even get it in the bag?
I&#039;m trying to sell little packages of them in my coffee shop.
