Winnie just grind it up, using about 1 tablespoon coffee for every 8 ozs of water. That is about 1/2 cup for 8 cups of coffee. You will need to be ready to add a little water to weaken it if it is too strong for your tastes. :)

Marye,
I really need your help about coffee. I am a tea drinker big time but have 1 cup of coffee 3 mornings a week at my brothers deli when I help him out. I read your take on Starbucks Arabia brew yesterday and went out and bought a pound! NOW WHAT? I don't even have a coffee grinder?! I really want to taste these beans. The Starbucks lady said they don't sell cups of it over the counter so I just went a bit crazy and bought it. How would you brew a cup of this? I can find a grinder (I think I have one hidden in the cupboard for herb grinding) but then what? Please help me if possible. I know I am crazy but life is short....

Marye, I also saw that Celestial Seasonings has a line of coffees out now with the same names as some of their tea flavors - morning thunder and about 4 others. (What this has to do with Bigelow and Arizona, I have no idea, guess the common thread is tea companies?) ;)

I've never tried Arizona to be honest, but I've always been a big fan of Bigelow (Oolong is my tea of choice). I'll have to hope my hubby's store starts carrying these and give them a try.
