I hate reading those words in catalogs because it seems to me that they are overused. There are a lot of great food vocabulary words...I wish the companies would learn to use them. Please don't hold it against me :) I can appreciate where you are coming from, and I enjoyed your review of this coffee. I LOVE the shiny, dark roasts. I had a new coffee last week, and I was struggling to describe the aroma. After making myself dizzy from inhaling the CO2 from the beans, it finally hit me. ANISE aka black licorice!
