Coffee Ice Cream Day?

Don’t get all excited.  I have heard rumors that it is National Coffee Ice Cream Day.  If so, then I am all about grabbing Marc and heading out to Marble Slab for some coffee ice cream, sans kids.

Mean, huh?

Not really.  Taking 8 people to buy over priced luxury ice cream is not in the budget…two? Maybe.

Coffee ice cream is a big favorite here.  I had never even tasted it until Marc and I got married…It is his favorite flavor.  I have made a couple of really awesome versions of it…

Coffee and oreo

Coffee and milk chocolate chunk

Coffee and chocolate chip cookie

Anyway, on the off chance that the rumors are correct and it IS a national holiday for coffee ice cream you had better…you know..get some…

It’s the patriotic thing to do.
