Did you ever price the frappuccinos that you buy in the refrigerator case at the store? Yikes! But sometimes you want the taste without having to get out and go to Starbucks, or stop and make one yourself. You can create a lot of it at once, put in a covered pitcher and keep in the fridge for those frappuccino cravings. YAY!
Mix:
- 2 cups cold coffee
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 3 cups of half and half (or heavy cream if you feel really decadent.)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tbs good chocolate syrup like ghiradelli
- 1/4 cup flavored coffee syrup in vanilla, or whatever
Mix well. Chill for 1 hour for best results.

Excuse me while I bow down to you.
While you are down there could you mop that sticky place on the floor?
Um. No.
You know I make a version of this, too. Mine doesn’t have the syrups, though. So would it be titled- Ghettoccino?
