Saint Patrick’s Day is coming up and it seems to be the day when even the most non-Irish among us is Irish.
I love Irish Coffee. Honestly I don’t drink, I just am not interested in alcohol for the most part- but an Irish coffee? Wow. Yum.
So, St Paddy’s Day? Let ‘em have their green beer. I’ll take one of these, thanks.
Irish Coffee Recipe
6 oz strong, fresh coffee
1 1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbs chocolate syrup
Dollop of whipped cream
Put the Baily’s at the bottom of a warmed coffee cup. Add the hot coffee, syrup, and the sugar and stir. Carefully place the whipped cream on the top, and drizzle with more chocolate syrup.
If you really want to do this the coolest way ever, use transparent coffee cups. Plays the Irish Cream on the bottom, then pour the Baily’ over that. Finally pour in the coffee and put the whipped cream on top. It should stay in layers and look really awesome.
Have one of these and you will be relaxing..have many more than that and you will be offering to show everyone your Lucky Charms Boxers.

Love a little Bailey’s in my coffee every once in a while, but i’d rather have Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea. Has a nice amber color and I love the flavor. I use Sugar in the Raw and it seems to bring the natural flavor out more.
Chrissy- I like Irish Breakfast as well..many people think it is strong, but I like that about it. The sugar in the raw is great!
