Results of February Poll, and a New Poll for March

Well the poll is over and everyone agrees that fair trade coffees are the way to go but that often we don’t buy them because of the expense, or because they can be harder to find.
I think it is that way with many organic and fair trade items. Especially with prices going up like they are (it cost 70.00 to fill up my van the other day!!) it is hard to choose things that are more expensive. The catch-22 of that is that as we do choose the Fair Trade items the prices will level out a bit.
So the new poll question for this month is this. It is a cold and drizzly spring day. A blustery March wind is blowing. What do you reach for as you settle in by the fire with your favorite book?
I like creamer in my coffee. But when it is cold out ( and therefore “in” as well with no heater working) I reached for powdered creamer. The coffee stays hot much longer! I had trouble drinking my coffee before it went cold until I resorted to the powdered stuff. Never thought I’d try it before this year
Oh No! LOL!
I just heat the cream in the microwave.
duh! Why didn’t I think of that?….maybe it was that I hadn’t had my coffee yet?
