I can see inviting ladies over to have the coffee and cake. They will all have coffee , but will insist the cake is off their diet. Yet take these same women to Starbucks and they will have a high calorie coffee and a dessert as well. I call myself guilty first and foremost! LOL Honestly I KNOW that even though I get a nonfat sugar free coffee it is still more calories than how I have coffee at home...It's Starbucks, you are supposed to have a fun coffee.
