Sonic Java Chiller vs MickeyD’s Mocha

Yesterday was free mocha day at McDonalds and my 17 year old, Matthew, went and got one. I had a sip of it and handed it back to him.
“hmm”
Today Matt had a Java Chiller at Sonic, and I had a sip of it and handed it back to him.
“Go get me one”
Now, as far as reviews go, it could all end right here but we both know it won’t.
The McDonalds mocha was chocolaty and sweet, but it had a rough taste I can’t explain. Sort of like someone mixed a double shot of Bosco with well water. There might have been some coffee in there somewhere but I didn’t taste it. A perfunctory dollop of whipped topping was added to the top, somewhat like the white fluff on the end of Santa’s hat.
The Java Chiler was sweet as well but in a thick, rich, milkshake sort of way. The coffee flavor was well balanced with the various other flavors that Matt had added to it and believe me when I say a small one will be more than enough for most people. The whipped cream on top is generous as well.
In all of the excitement (which ended in a slight bloated nausea I am afraid) the only image I have to leave you with is this one:

You’re making me fervently wish for a Sonic. Clever review!
Vee, I love Sonic!
Looks like I’m off to sonic very soon.
Yeah Mike, if I was you I would want to wash that nasy Kopi Leuwak out of my mouth too!
The Kopi Luwak is good. I’m about to make some for my friend tonight. I’m not sure if I’m going to tell her before hand what it is. However, I think for my best interest and safety, I tell her first.
I’m not near a Sonic, but if you’re ever in Southern California, I urge you to try a mocha iced blended from the Coffee Bean. They’re incredible!
Yum, Angela, sounds great…I will
