I agree...Arabian Mocha Sanini is a wonderfully rich, yet balanced coffee. My son works for Starbucks and brought this little gem home just before the holidays. What a pleasant surprise! Loved every sip of it, and I was lucky enough to get another pound of it for Mother's Day.

Vee, I dislike any of their plain coffees at the stores. I like a few of the sweet drinks. This coffee was not bitter, though, I was amazed. :)

Finding it intriguing that you enjoyed the bolder roast, Marye. I had my first cup of Starbucks coffee just yesterday. Hoist the flag! I chose the mildest blend and it was the most vile, bitter-tasting stuff I've ever endured. And, since the cup was a gift, I had to endure to the end...yup, the bitter end.

Marye: I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way about Starbucks. The bitterness of it makes me wonder why some people are so into it. I do enjoy a their caramel macchiato, if I can get someone to make it right. Yesterday my husband and I went in for some coffee and he asked for a decaf drink with sugar free syrup. You wouldn't believe the hastle we got. The girl kept insisting they could do one or the other but not both. Finally, the manager came by and said they could do it. lol

I'm glad you found some Starbucks beans you like. That's a hefty price to pay though. Too bad we live so far apart. I'd love to have coffee with you.

At that price, it better open the bag and brew itself, then walk over to me, gently waking me with its' aroma from my slumber.

Of course, I'm cheap.
