I have been using gold filters in my coffee and tea things for years. I like them alot because, well, I am cheap. They last for a really long time, and I hate paying money for coffee filters all the time. Plus, with as much coffee as we drink we probably would cause the deforestation of the entire pine forest in East Texas. In a week.

You can usually find the filters locally in several sizes, but it you can&#8217;t Amazon has a good selection.<br />
<iframe src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=aprstrsimthi-20&amp;o=1&amp;p=8&amp;l=as1&amp;asins=B000LNW10S&amp;fc1=000000&amp;IS2=1&amp;lt1=_blank&amp;lc1=B5B310&amp;bc1=000000&amp;bg1=A96207&amp;f=ifr" style="width: 120px; height: 240px" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></p>
<p>I figured that I saved about$60.00 last year by using a gold filter.<br />
Anyone else use these?</p>
