Heather, from A Creative Journal, tagged me..

If she could see my desk right now she would not have tagged me. In the last week I have written articles on roses, building your own outdoor fireplace, and numerous recipes…I have an algebra book, three Bibles, a 6th grade english, a phonics books, and five fictional works, including A Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, Mother Earth News, Hobby Farmer, and Prescription for Nutritional Healing..

I have no clue which is closest…Here is the meme:

1.Pick up the nearest book of at least 123 pages.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people.

1. The book is The Encyclopedia of Organic Gardening

2. Page 123 is about borders

3.-4. After the soil is in good general condition, bury a liberal supply of well decayed manure to a depth of at least 18 inches. This encourages the roots to penetrate deeply- a protective measure in times of drought. Prepare the soil in the fall and let it settle over the winter.

5. I am not tagging anyone in particular. If you read this and are so inclined consider yourself tagged!

If you are looking for the blogsurfing extravaganza that is a Saturday tradition check back tomorrow!
