I will say right off that of the coffees I got from Terra Nova, the Columbian is my favorite.  It is smooth, rich and has a velvety mouth feel.
The flavor is distinctly winey and fruity, very full bodied and perfect as an all purpose coffee.  The aftertaste is slightly arid&#8230;but in a pleasant way, it does not leave you with camel (or coffee) breath.
