    We’ve only ever used pumpkins for decorating. I think I am I am going to try to make the Pumpkin Crunch Cake or the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. They both sound great! Thanks!

    I love to just put them around my house for a pop of color. I also make a ton of pumpkin rolls, but I use canned pumpkin for that.

    And don’t forget…Pumpkin Bars and Pumpkin Cupcakes…both favorites around here. Still have not tried pumpkin soup, but we did make pumpkin ice cream recently and it was YUMMY!
