A Purple Carrot Giveaway From First Juice

First Juice is sponsoring a giveaway here at Mother Earth’s Garden. They’re going to give one reader a sample gift box of First Juices.
The sample gift box will include one 8oz, and one 32oz of Peach Purple Carrot and Blueberry Purple Carrot, along with an 8oz of Apple Carrot and Banana Carrot. Also, it has contains a great starter planter with purple carrot seeds to start growing your own purple carrots!
First Juice is a starter juice for toddlers that has half the sugar of 100% Apple Juice, is USDA Certified Organic, comes in BPA-free and recyclable containers and the 8oz comes in a re-useable sippy-cup top bottle that is was specially designed by a pediatric dentist and doesn’t leak.
First Juice is also an excellent source of Vitamins A & C and a good source of Vitamin D and calcium. It was created by a dad who wanted a better option for his kids than what is out there currently.
First Juice just introduced two new flavors this month as, Peach Purple-Carrot and Blueberry Purple-Carrot. Yes Purple Carrots are real!!! Carrots were originally yellow, white, red, and purple!!! bluberry purple carrot looks interesting
I learned that carrots were red, white, yellow, green & purple unti the 16 th centry when the dutch mixed them to make an orange one.
Orange was thier nations color……so the made orange carrots.
Until then carrots were all these other colors.
The banana carrot sounds like it might be interesting.
I heart the sound of “Peach-purple carrot.”
I would love to try Peach Purple-Carrot!
