Easy Bloom Plant Sensor Here is a gift idea for the gadget loving gardener on your gift list this year. The Easy Bloom has an in ground sensor that can analyze the growing conditions in your garden, yard, or even indoors.

The Easy Bloom Plant Sensor uses the same technology that was used on NASA’s Mars Phoenix mission to measure the soil. It even kinda looks like a mini-spaceship with flower petals.

It’s easy to use, just let the Easy Bloom gather data for at least 24 hours, then plug it into your computer USB port and check out its readings and recommendations.

Its database contains the information for more than 5,000 plants. You can use that information, along with the data gathered by the Easy Bloom to diagnose any plant problems. It will help you come up with the optimal growing conditions for your situation.

For more information on the Easy Bloom Plant Sensor and some other great gardener’s gifts check out the Mother Earth’s Garden gift guide.
