Recycled Garden Containers

I enjoy checking out garden containers that were originally used for other things. I showed you several recycled containers last spring, and old boot, and a bicycle, to name a few.
We’ve been traveling lately, so here are a couple more unique containers I’ve come across recently.
Here are a couple old shoes, recycled to be a container garden for pansies.
Here’s an old milk container recycled to hold flowers.
Here’s an old wash basin, now being used to grow impatiens.
Have you seen any unique, or recycled containers this summer? I’d love to have a link or a photo.

I just recently posted on my blog about trying to come up with some creative containers. The most creative one I have so far are rusty coffee cans. I love the old milk container and wash basin!
My mom used to have an old claw-foot bathtub filled with zinnias. I loved it so much, it made an appearance in one of my poems about missing the south.
I’ve got to try the shoe containers one day!
