While I was at the bridal show a couple weeks ago, I saw several wedding cakes. I love checking out decorated cakes, probably because I enjoy decorating them myself.

I hadn’t thought about an ice sculpture as a part of a wedding buffet table, until I saw this one at the bridal show last weekend. Check out this swan ice sculpture by Ice Sculptures By Ramon in Dayton Ohio.

Last weekend when I was at the bridal show checking out all the fun wedding ideas, one thing that really caught my attention was this gorgeous wedding fruit display by Mrs. B’s Catering.
It was a spectacular display, using watermelon for bowls to hold the fruit, and fresh kale and greens as a base. There were also grapes and fresh pineapple in there to add to the look, along with white lights twined through the whole centerpiece.
I love the carved watermelon on top. This would make a fabulous display for the buffet table at a reception.
