Money’s tight during this economic downturn so if you want to have a free wedding and want to get married on New Year’s Eve then the best thing to do is fly/drive/walk to West Virginia!
It’s Judge Crislip’s last day in office on New Year’s Eve and he wants to do something nice for couples who want to get married. All you need is your wedding licence and you’re set to get married!
You’re also allowed to bring flowers, music, photographer. You don’t have to do that but if you wish to do so then you can.
