Get Your Wedding Favors in the City

Having observed a friend help plan someone’s wedding, I noticed that the thing that the couple paid least attention to was the choosing and procuring of wedding favors. Though the favors can hold a small portion in the wedding budget, it doesn’t automatically mean that the couple should turn stingy on their guests. They are after all offering these wedding favors as simple mementos and a way to thank the guests for being there to share in the wedding celebrations.

I also noticed that apart from the lack of options, most of the couples planning their weddings often resort to the more time-consuming task of hand-made wedding favors. This allows a bit of control in terms of sticking with the wedding theme and over the production time. We all know that in all the wedding preparations, each item on the to-do list will hang over our heads and stress us out till the moment we see them boxed and done, awaiting for the actual day to arrive.

But the idea that there’s an online store which especially caters to this very need. It even tells you when you’ll be receiving it! Say hello to Favors in the City, an answer to your wedding favor concerns!

They also offer favors for bridal and baby shower parties.

According to Party City president Lisa Laube, “Our customers are taking event-planning to a whole new level. Their events and celebrations are a reflection of their own unique style and personality. FavorsInTheCity.com is dedicated to bringing them imaginatively designed, uniquely presented, personality-inspired favors to unify their theme and color scheme and, at the same time, express heartfelt thanks to the family and friends celebrating with them.” (source: 7thspace)

Anyway, perusing their current selections available online, I love how they’re presented with wit and style. Designs are young, useful and practical. I prefer wedding favors that are meant for more practical use than just simply something that will end up as paper weight or add clutter to my guests’ house, don’t you agree? Great that they’ll come wrapped and ready for the big day!

Perhaps you can look into a few of my personal favorite wedding favors from Favors in the City:
