Our One Heart

Go Shop and Get Married

One sign that we’ve entered the internet era is when we rely on the internet to help us put together a special event in our life, which we traditionally do offline — our wedding. But since some couples are pressed for time, it’s quite understandable that they trust an avenue which will help organize things faster and more conveniently.

In the spotlight today is a new wedding online shop that, though not entirely servicing every bit that composes a wedding, caters to certain details which brides can leave to purchase online. Let’s look into shopping for our bachelor/bachelorette party invitations, decorative candles, or aisle runners and guestbooks at Get Married.

Complementing their wedding invitations, brides can find a unique selection of save the date cards, wedding programs, and personalized favors and gifts.

But for a better look, here’s a quick run down of what sort of services/products you can find on the Get Married site:

  • Invitations: Do-It Yourself (DIY), save the date, bachelorette parties, bridal shower, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding seals
  • Ceremony: Aisle runners, guest books, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows, unity candles
  • Reception: Place cards, holders, wedding cake toppers and serving sets, toasting flutes, napkins
  • Favors: Eco-friendly, matchbooks, candles, boxes and bags, ribbons and tags, personalization
  • Bridal Party Gifts: Bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, ring bearers, father of the bride, mother of the bride
  • Shower Supplies: Bachelorette party decorations, shower favors, hostess gifts
  • Apparel: Garters, sandals, “bride” and “bridesmaids” t-shirts, tanks and hats, robes, intimate apparel, bridal jewelry
  • Honeymoon and Travel: Luggage, tote bags, cosmetic bags, beach towels, garment bags, travel bag tags, and more

Shopping for these little details, some are important after all, has never been more convenient, am I correct? But don’t let my biases push you to do something you’re not comfortable doing. But it’s a nifty idea!
