Green Wedding Idea: Virtual Invitations

If you are keen on having an environment-friendly wedding, one of the things you can do is rather than send paper invitations, why not send virtual ones? They don’t have to be el cheapo or el crap-o…there are stylish virtual wedding invitations out there that you can help you design your invitations to send to your guests.

One of the sites I found that does this really well is Paperless Post.

All you need to do is DESIGN (customize online invitations and announcements)

Next is you DELIVER personalized envelopes to your guests’ inboxes (email, that is!)

Right after delivering it, you MONITOR as guests receive their invitation. Through the help of Paperless Post, you can also track your guests’ replies.

Isn’t that great? I’m hosting my friend’s baby shower next month and I’m thinking of using Paperless Post’s services. I’ll let you know how I get on.

Weddings can be expensive both on the bank account but also on the environment, here is an article that talks about how to save money and the environment. http://www.sierraclubgreenhome.com/featured-article/turn-your-wedding-green/
