Rosamund Pike and Joe Wright calls off wedding

This is so sad. I hate it when I hear engaged couples breaking off their wedding engagements. I suppose it’s much better to call it quits before marrying rather than going through a messy divorce later!
Former Bond girl Rosamund Pike has been dumped by her director fiancé Joe Wright.
The pair met on the set of period drama ‘Pride and Prejudice’ in 2005 and Wright proposed to the actress at Lake Como in Italy last September.But Atonement filmmaker Wright, 36, allegedly called off the nuptials after Pike, 29, sent out hundreds of wedding invitations - featuring a steamy shot of the couple in a bathtub - without his knowledge, according to Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper.
A source says: “The invitations featured a picture of them together in a hot tub. Joe dumped her for sending them without consulting him and she had to tell all the guests the wedding was off.”
It was a bit cheap of Wright to call of the wedding over a few photos, I wonder if he really wanted to marry her at all since he was seen in a lap dancing club after he dumped her.
