If someone mentions the words, “wedding dress” I’d automatically think of white, lace, taffeta, organza, beading, satin and chiffon. These are some of the few elements that usually compose the wedding dress of today. So when I saw this Turkish wedding dress, my imagination became alive with thoughts of foreign wedding traditions and other historical bits about one of the important events in our life.

Wedding dresses are, by tradition, made long. It’s more formal, elegant and romantic. But we have to acknowledge the fact that the length may not be flattering to all brides. On the other hand, the idea of cutting the hemline short wouldn’t be as special as wearing a long dress on your wedding day. It’s quite understandable that it’ll pose as a big dilemma for the bride.

Red is the Color of Love After All

Personally, I like the red color. It’s rich, vibrant and meaningful. It’s a known fact that Red is the color of love so it’s no surprise that it can be a prime choice for a color motif for a wedding.
Dabbing the color here and there, it creates a very strong feminine feel to a wedding celebration. If you love the color and have been hesitant to use it perhaps these wedding dresses will provide great influence in prodding you to going ahead with the idea.
