The Oheka Castle was decorated to look like a fairy tale forest. Mother Nature added to the decorations with a blizzard of snow to create a winter wonderland for the wedding.

The extra snow didn’t stop the wedding. The bride wore a Chantilly lace Vera Wang gown with silk and crystal flowers in her hair.

When they said their vows the bride and groom exchanged crafted Jacob and Co. rings in the double ring ceremony. The other two Jonas Brothers, Joe and Nick shared the best man duties in the wedding.

Here are my picks for the top celebrity weddings for 2009.

1. Fergie and Josh Duhamel tied the knot on January 10th 2009 in a fabulous wedding at the Church Estates Vineyard in Malibu.

2. Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard wed on May 2nd 2009 in Brindisi Italy.

3. Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham were married after several years together (and three children), on August 1 2009 at a small Catholic ceremony with friends and family in Beverly Hills.

4. Bruce Willis married Emma Heming on March 21 2009 at Bruce’s in the Turk and Caicos’ Parrot Cay.

5. Salma Hayek and Francois Henri Penault were wed on Valentine’s Day February 14th 2009, in a fairytale wedding complete with gold masks for the guests, how romantic!

6. David Letterman married long time girlfriend Regina Lasko on March 19th 2009.

7. Robert Redford married Sibylle Szaggars on July 20th 2009 in Hamburg Germany after 20 years together.

8. Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen were married on February 26th 2009 very quietly, but had a second wedding bash in April for family and friends.

10. Natasha Bedingfield and Matthew Robinson on March 21 2009, in the Church Estates Vineyard in Malibu (she must have talked to Fergie).

I’d love to have been able to attend their wedding as I’m sure that there was no shortage of wedding singers!

THE son of Celtic chief Dermot Desmond landed his own Runaway bride yesterday – as he wed pop babe Andrea Corr.
Hundreds of fans gathered to greet guests also including ex-Hoops bosses Gordon Strachan and Martin O’Neill.

Andrea – who sang hits Runaway and Breathless – kept them all waiting for 30 minutes at St Joseph’s Church in Miltown Malbay, Co Clare.
Corrs fan Kate McEnteggart, said: “She’s gorgeous.”

I love The Corrs. I discovered them around 1998 and have been a fan ever since. I have all their albums and don’t tire listening to their songs.

The song, Runaway is one of my favorites. It reminds me of an old love of mine. It is also a great song for either the bridal march or the first dance.

I love Alyssa Milano. I remember growing up that I had posters of Alyssa from her days at Who’s the Boss and then I remember Alyssa disappeared from the limelight for a while only to emerge as Phoebe in Charmed. Love that show as well!

The former Charmed star palmed a lily of the valley floral bouquet, as she strolled down an aisle sprinkled with cream colored rose petals and grass in a custom gown designed by Vera Wang, according to People Magazine.

Rather than enter the wedding to traditional “Here Comes the Bride” tunes, Milano instead walked towards her husband-to-be to John Lennon’s “Imagine”.

I like it that Alyssa didn’t use the conventional ‘Here Comes the Bride’ tunes but chose something that meant something to her. If you haven’t decided on what song to walk down the aisle to, what about “Imagine”?

Here’s the video of Kendra’s wedding vows. Kendra stumbled on some of the words but hey, she was able to pull it off with her usual charming self.

TIP: If you make a mistake in reciting your wedding vows, laugh it off. Don’t get stressed about it. Remember, your wedding only happens once so enjoy it with all its boo-boo’s and imperfections!

Who am I to dampen people’s speculation though. I, for one, am looking forward to witnessing a British Royal Wedding. Would have preferred to announce Prince William of Harry’s wedding engagement though…but never mind

Zara Phillips has fuelled rumours that she is to marry her England rugby star boyfriend after they bought new £800,000 home together.

The Queen’s granddaughter and Mike Tindall bought the five-bedroom mansion in Gloucestershire in April and have spent £250,000 renovating it.

The three-storey Georgian house has a large country kitchen and garden – but no stables for Zara’s 14 horses.

14 horses? Wow, is it like owning 20 bags or 100 pairs of shoes? A woman can never have enough shoes or bags but for Zara, she can never have enough horses?

Here is Kendra being walked down the driveway, err the aisle (?) by her brother.

Kendra and Hank had about 300 guests in attendance. I wonder if they paid for the wedding themselves?

Not sure I dig Kendra’s Cinderella-type of a wedding gown. I don’t think the gown suits Kendra. What do you think?

I like the gowns of Kendra’s bridesmaids but they do show a lot of chest eh? LOL

It’s also nice to see that Hugh Hefner was able to attend albeit will his new girlfriends. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised that Hef is at the wedding considering the wedding was held at the Playboy mansion! As an aside, do you think these girls hanging out with Hef are ‘real’ girlfriends…if you get what I mean?

Bridesmaid Holly Madison said that Wilkinson, who is due to wed her NFL player fiancé later today at the Playboy Mansion, probably had pre-wedding nerves.

Discussing the wedding, Madison revealed: “[It's] going to be in the evening, and I think it’s going to be really beautiful and touching. I’ll probably cry.”

Wilkinson recently revealed that she is due to give birth to her first child on Christmas Day.

I am not surprised that Kenda is nervous. I was nervous days before my wedding. I even cried on the eve of my wedding when it actually dawned on me that marrying my fiance then would be literally leaving my family behind as I had to move thousands of miles away from the familiar, from family and friends to be with him in New Zealand. While I was walking down the aisle, I was bawling my eyes out with a mix of happiness and sadness for like I said, the end of an era for me. The end of what I could never get back. My single life. My life that I had control over but at the same time, I also can’t wait to be with this man I love.

Lisa Marie Presley – May 18, 1994 til January 18, 1996 – ended in divorce

Michael Jackson’s marriage to Lisa Marie Presley took place in De La Vega, Santa Domingo. Many believe that their marriage was a PR stunt to cast Jackson in a better light after allegations of sexual molestation charges involving a 13-year old boy.

Jackson and Presley separated on December 10, 1995. Irreconcilable differences were cited as the reason for their divorce a month later. Presley had two children from her six-year marriage to musician Danny Keough.

When I heard that Michael Jackson married Lisa Presley, I also thought it was a publicity stunt. I thought Michael Jackson was gay!

Debbie Rowe – November 15, 1996 til October 8, 1999 – ended in divorce

Michael Jackson’s November 15, 1996 marriage to Debbie Rowe, a former nurse, age 37, took place at a hotel suite in Sydney, Australia. She knew Jackson for 15 years before they were married, and was apparently six months pregnant at the time of their marriage.

Although she also cited irreconcilable differences as a reason for their divorce in 1999, on 4/27/05 she testified at the Michael Jackson trial that “[we] never shared a home; we never shared an apartment.”

She also stated that she had not seen her children in more than two years. Debbie had been limited to seeing her children only every 45 days, and then for only eight hours under the supervision of a nanny.

After her divorce, she received a $1 million home in Beverly Hills, but had to sign a confidentiality agreement stating that she couldn’t speak to the press or anyone in the public about “Michael, the children or our lives together.”
