Tips on how Miss Snow Pea made it after the jump
Tips:
1. The basket is an old Easter basket from Mr. Snow Pea’s mama one year. For all the wedding related baskets, I used baskets that I would not miss. If it got lost or left behind, I wouldn’t care. It’s one less thing to have to keep track of.
2. I only printed 60 programs for 110 guests. Why? At every wedding we have attended, I always see TONS of programs leftover! I figured 1 per couple and minus the wedding party who won’t be taking a program since they are in the wedding.
3. I did NOT include a picture of us in our program. Of all things I have included our picture in, I did not include one in our program for “privacy” reasons. I know I know…I blog for a national site, but I was nervous if extra programs were just all over the place in the streets of NYC.
4. Set the programs up exactly as you want. I plan on putting cellophane over the basket for protection and easy delivery. For the cover, I bought pearlescent cardstock from Paperandmore in Rose. I printed the covers in black ink just to make things easy. Using a bone folder, I made a nice crisp fold.
