Wedding Proposal Idea: Doing it on TV

My Hubby may be an exhibitionist…mmm…well, with me only! LOL but he’s quite private. For our wedding in 2001, we were asked by MTV Asia if we wanted our wedding covered. They were interested in our wedding because of how we met and where we got engaged and our path to the altar (so to speak…err, write!).
Unfortunately, Hubby said no and I wasn’t really that keen to be worrying about what I looked like for the TV cameras so I suppose I’m glad that we didn’t get TV coverage 
Anyhoo, the point of this is really to give the guys (and the gals!) an idea out there on what you can do to make your wedding proposal…well, special. Why not talk to your local TV station and ask if you can propose to your girlfriend (or boyfriend) at one of their shows. Doing this takes a lot of guts though…what if your partner says no to your proposal….VERY embarrassing!
However if you’re sure that she (or he!) will say yes then go for it, I say! Would be a perfect video clip to show on your wedding day
