I am getting married on 080808. I am trying to get some wedding favor ideas. We are thinking about chocolate eights wraped in clear plastic or infinity ribbon abound our cake.

We are also getting married 08/08/08. We’ve always said *Love you to Infinity*…so we are doing something to that extent. *Love to Infinity* I love the 8 ball idea, was thinking one big one for each table. I’ve also found on Ebay, lots of Infinity style jewelry…was thinking about the wedding party – necklaces, or something to that effect. Ebay has been a saint for me, and Wilton – They had our wedding invitations – the infinity rings! And we have our cake topper which matches the invitations – infinity rings. I’m trying not to go too overboard w/ the 08/08/08 – but I definitely want Infinity Love to be the theme. Not too far away ladies!!!!!! Are ya feeling as stressed as me? LOL

We are doing an elopement ceremony on this date –we rented a place at the Columbia Gorge. It’s only going to be him and I, the officiant, 2 musicians, the photographer and the owners of the place as our witnesses. We’ll have a toast and small cake after the ceremony, followed by dinner at the Columbia Gorge Hotel (just him and I -LOL).
We will not have any guest, but I still decided on having a theme. I made my own favors, which I will send together with the wedding announcement. I have put together: bath soap, lotion, pumice stone, candle, and room deodorizer; I wrapped them in a washcloth and tied it with a purple ribbon. This, to me, symbolizes the way I want our one life to be: relaxed eternity.
