What did you do on Valentine’s Day?

Did you propose marriage to your beloved on Valentine’s Day or better yet, did you get a marriage proposal on Valentine’s Day?
For someone already married like me, I didn’t get swept away to a Romantic getaway by my Husband but I was swept away in some other way 
I, for one, have not been into Valentine’s Days for years! I feel like…yeah, they’re over-commercialised but it doesn’t mean that I don’t go over the moon and mushy when a gorgeous bouquet of flowers get delivered to me first thing on Valentine’s Day.
Yes, my Husband who’s not big into flowers have ordered a bouquet of flowers delivered to me yesterday. I think it was also his way of saying thanks for understanding him as he is away all weekend doing the local 2,000 kms Motorcycle Ride around the South Island of New Zealand.
The flowers are gorgeous and I felt all mushy and goo-ey yesterday!

How pretty! I didn’t do anything in particular for my fiance, but instead I got all of my friends together and we had a waffle night. We both baked a ton of food and everyone stayed up late playing games. It was awesome.
