Bakugan Battle Brawlers- Hot Toys For Christmas 2008

My son loves the Bakugan Battle Brawlers. Both the TV show on Cartoon Network, and the toys. I think they’ve replaced YuGiOh as his favorite battle toy.
I don’t let him watch too much TV, but he knows what time they’re on, and usually asks if he can watch it.
He has one set of the Battle Brawlers, but he has another set on his Christmas list. They’re listed on several hot toy lists for this Christmas season.

They remind me a little of Pokemon, because you throw down a ball to battle. They have a learn to play section at their website if your son or daughter would like to find out more about how to play the game.
Here’s a quote from my nine year old son, on why he likes Bakugan so much:
I like Bakugan because it’s a whole different world, and all different monsters. They have balls that are all different colors. The colors tell what kind of Bakugan they are. Each ball has a form inside that pops out into a monster when the ball is thrown.
There you have it straight from a nine year old. That explains why they’re so fascinating, right?
