At $2,000, this is not a gift just anyone can afford, but it would probably be a great conversation piece at your next dinner party!
According to Sci Fi Wire, The swivel chair includes controls that light up and make sounds from the original Star Trek series, including the sounds of torpedoes and original sound bites of dialogue from Captain Kirk, himself taken directly from the original show.
Captain Kirk’s replica chair will be available on the Diamond Select Toys website and in some retail stores.
