I was a huge Winnie The Pooh fan growing up. I still have one of my Pooh dolls, of course his original outfit is long gone, and he’s been well loved but he’s still holding together. I was excited to see there’s a new Winnie The Pooh book coming out October 5th from Dutton Children’s Books.

Notice I didn’t entitle this post, “Winnie the Pooh by Disney.” Yeah, because they really are not quite the same thing.
My daughter and I have been reading through Winnie-the-Pooh by A. A. Milne as part of her Language Arts homeschooling curriculum. It’s fun because we own The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh on video, and so most of the stories are familiar.
