Kid’s Summer Survival Camp

My son went to a kids survival camp this week, it ended today with a parents day, where the parents were able to come see what the kids accomplished this week. It was a rainy week, and one day was a complete rain out. Many of the groups still managed to build a impressive shelters.
This was the most impressive shelter.
My son and his friend had to rebuild theirs a couple times when the rain washed it away.

Harry Potter Camp

So, there’s just a few weeks left until the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. While they’re waiting for their copies to arrive, some kids are attending Harry Potter camps around the country. Our local children’s museum, The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, is hosting their Harry Potter Camp this week (and one of our little friends is there! I can’t wait to hear all about it.).
