Disney and Pixar to Release 10 3-D Animated Films

Disney and Pixar have announced 10 animated films they plan to release in 3D by 2012. Four of the films will be released on DVD, and it sounds like a great collection of movies for kids. Here’s the schedule for the Disney Pixar 3D movies:
Films
2008: WALL?E coming on June 2 and Bolt coming on November 26
2009: Up and The Princess and the Frog coming Christmas Day
2010: Toy Story 3 coming in the summer and Rapunzel coming on Christmas Day
2011: newt coming in the summer and The Bear and the Bow coming for Christmas
2012: Cars 2 and King of the Elves coming for Christmas
Disney DVD and Blu-Ray

Ratatouille for Christmas

I’m not shocked a bit that Ratatouille is on Amazon’s best sellers list right now. My kids absolutely loved this movie and want to see it again. I did have a friend tell me that she had to walk out of the theater with her 4 year old because the movie scared her. So, maybe this is better suited for older ones, but it would definitely make a great Christmas gift.
