Yesterday I talked about the Easy Bake Oven I remembered from my childhood. Today I want to talk about a more modern version of one of my childhood favorites.
This spring the Easy Bake Oven and Snack Center reinvented it’s classic aqua color. The latest oven has the classic side load and heats with a 100 watt light bulb. The Snack Center comes with three different mixes, two baking pans, two utensils, a pan pusher, two warming cups and recipes/instructions.

I had breakfast with my cousin a couple weeks ago, and we were reminiscing about our childhood when we used to be inseparable during the summer. We were always spending the night at each others house and I have so many great memories from those summers long ago.

Another Easy Bake Oven Recall

When I got the heads-up from Karen about an Easy Bake Oven recall, I remembered that Hsien had reported one back earlier in the year. It seems that the issues that were causing concern in February have not yet been properly addressed, and now I’ve seen them use the word amputation. Yep, definitely worth bringing up again.
