Oh how I remember how roller skating was THE Friday thing to do – the 80’s were great weren’t they?
Well, for my daughter’s birthday, our of nowhere, she decided to wanted a roller skating birthday. I knew that had recently torn down one roller skating rink in our town and I couldn’t even remember if there was another one. Come to find out, there was one so that’s where we had here party. I found out several things by having her party there:
A lot of kids do not know how to skate! What a shame.

Happy New Year from Play Library!

I wanted to wish all of you Play Library readers a Happy New Year! I hope all of you had a wonderful New Year’s celebration last night. My whole family is still recuperating from our Christmas trip, so we were all pretty much half dead, but we celebrated anyway and had a great time.
