My son is a big DS and DSi fan, so he’s always telling hinting to me which Nintendo DS game he would like to have next, or would like Santa to bring him this year. If you have a Nintendo DS or DSi fan, here are a few games that promise to be on many children’s Christmas wish list this year.

Going Platinum With Pokemon

My son received Pokemon Platinum for Easter this year. In his words the game is pretty cool. He says it’s similar to Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, but better.
There’s a new Legendary Pokemon in the mix for you to capture, and he says the story line has changed just a little from previous versions.
He’s a true Pokemon fan, he enjoys catching training, and battling his Pokemon against his cousins. Since my nephew is another Pokemon fan (he has the new Platinum and the Official Game Guide to go with it) they were thick into plotting out their game play earlier tonight.

Learn to Play Pokémon

I really thought we were going to miss the whole Pokémon craze. Our oldest is just now 6, and I guess I expected the excitement over the cards and game to have passed by now. Not that I have anything against them, I don’t know anything about them (yet), but it appears that I was mistaken….by a long shot!
