Lego Ben Ten

We’ve been watching Ben 10 Alien Swarm tonight, my son’s a huge Ben 10 fan. Did you know Ben 10 has a LEGO collection coming out? The new Ben 10 Alien Force LEGOs will be available January 1st.

Ben 10 Alien Force LEGO sets will include Spidermonkey, Swampfire, Chromastone, Humungousaur, Jet Ray, and Big Chill, several of Bens Omnitrix alter egos.

I think the new LEGO sets will be a big hit with young boys my son’s age. The Cartoon Network has made Ben 10 into a large franchise, and with LEGO’s popularity I’m sure the line will be on many kid’s wish list.

The new LEGO sets are recommended for children ages 5-12, and most sets have between 16 and 22 pieces.

The some of the Ben 10 Alien Force LEGO sets are available for pre-order at Amazon right now, I’m sure they’ll be available at most major retailers after the first of the year.

The Cabbage Patch Kids are champions at reinventing themselves for each new generation. I remember my Cabbage Patch Kid from when I was a child. She had brown curly hair, just like I did. It was one of my favorite dolls growing up.

New Twilight Barbie~Bella and Edward

For all you Twilight fans out there, Mattel is coming out with two new Twilight Barbies, Bella and Edward. The dolls won’t be out until November 1st, but here’s a sneak peek at what these latest Barbies will look like.

I bet these new Barbies will be on the hot toy list for Christmas this year. I’m sure it will be on the Christmas list of quite a few kids this year, but it will also be popular with adults and Twilight collectors.

I love the detailed clothing the Bella and Edward Barbies have. Look at those tiny jackets, and the detail in those little boots. How do they get that much detail in something so small?

I can’t wait to check out the new Bella and Edward Barbie when they premiere.

Even thoough the dolls won’t be available until November 1st,you can pre-order the Twilight Bella or Edward Barbie from Amazon.

G.I. Joe Rise Of the Cobra Toys

My son really wants to go see the new G.I. Joe movie, but the next couple weeks are really hectic here, and then it’s back to school for him. So I’m not sure we’ll make it to the theaters to see it. He also wants to see Aliens in the Attic, and I want to see Julie and Julia. Too many movies, so little time!

My son was pointing out a few G.I. Joe Rise of the Cobra Toys he thinks he needs. He really likes the vehicles, over the action figures.

Here are a few of his favorites. I’m sure he’ll have more if he gets to see the movie.

The G. I. Joe PIT Mobile headquarters is high on his list. I think he has a plan, this vehicle expands up to 3 feet, and holds up to 84 action figures.

Another favorite is the Ice Jagger. He thinks it would be a good fighting vehicle. What is it with boys and guns?

His favorite action figure is the G.I. Joe Ultimate Duke figure. How did I know this one would have a big price tag on it?

We’ll see if these are still on his list at Christmas time.

New Nickelodeon Wall Graphics

I’m a fan of Fatheads, I think they’re a great alternative having posters and stickers all over the walls. Fatheads are life size wall graphics that you can stick on the wall remove, and re-stick again and again. My son has some of the football tradeable Fatheads, he got them last year before Christmas. He moves them around on a regular basis, and I’m impressed that they just keep on sticking, and there’s not a mark on the wall where he peeled them off.

Fatheads just introduced some new wall graphics based on a couple popular Nickelodeon shows. There are two new sets based on Sponge Bob. One set features life size versions of Sponge Bob, the other set features Sponge Bob and Patrick.

If you’re child’s an iCarly fan, you’ll be glad to hear that they’ve also just introduced a new set of iCarly wall graphics.

Fatheads already has wall graphics for many popular characters and sports figures. They make great additions to bedroom walls, or fun birthday party decorations.

I’m a big fan of Furreal Friends, and I love dogs and puppies, so I thought I’d combine the two and talk about Furreal Friends Puppy line. I talked about one of their newborn puppies when I talked about the Furreal Friends Newborn line.

If you have a fashionista in the family, they’ll love the new Furreal Friends Teacup Pup line. The pups in the Teacup Pup line all come with their own fashionable purse carrier and the pooches themselves respond to touch, have poseable legs, move its head, open and close its eyes and make happy puppy sounds when its back is stroked.

There are six types of puppies available- an adorable brown Yorkie, a cute white or cream Maltese, a brown and white Papillion, a golden King Charles or a loveable grey Schnauzer.

Furreal Friends also introduced the Lil’ Patter Pup this spring. They have the same poseable parts, he also walks and barks. Show Lil’ Patter Pup his bone and he’ll bark and make crunching noises.
