Win a David Beckham Academy Course Trip

As I mentioned on PlayLibrary yesterday, I’ll be holding a contest to raffle off two MatchMaster Head-to-Head Interactive Soccer Games which are manufactured in association with The David Beckham Academy.  The new MatchMaster hand-held game just rolled out on June 1st, and to help promote the launch, MatchMaster is holding a sweepstakes and giving away $149,500 worth of prizes.

Check out what you can win in the MatchMaster Sweepstakes:

• Grand Prize: London Experience – one winner will attend a 3-day David Beckham Academy Course in England.  The winner can bring up to four people with him or her.  The Grand Prize includes round trip airfare for up to 10 people to London (the winner and each friend must bring a parent or legal guardian with him/her), accommodations for five nights for up to 10 people, and transportation to and from the airport, hotel and The David Beckham Academy.  Note that this prize will only be awarded to a child who is 8-15 years of age at the time of entry.
• First Place Prize: Los Angeles Experience – one winner will attend a 3-day David Beckham Academy Course in Los Angeles, California.  A team of 14 members or friends can accompany the winner as well as the winner’s parent or guardian and two other adults (team coaches).  The First Place prize includes round-trip airfare for the team to Los Angeles as well as hotel accommodations and transportation to and from the airport, hotel and The David Beckham Academy.  Note that this prize will only be awarded to a child who is 8-11 years of age at the time of entry.
• Second Place Prize: 10 winners will attend a 5-day David Beckham Academy Course in Los Angeles.  A parent or legal guardian must accompany each winner.  The Second Place prize includes round trip airfare for two people to Los Angeles, accommodations and transportation to and from the airport, hotel and The David Beckham Academy.  Note that this prize will only be awarded to a child who is 12-15 years of age at the time of entry.
• Third Place Prize: 10 winners will attend a 3-day David Beckham Academy Course in Los Angeles.  The Third Place prize includes round trip airfare for two people to Los Angeles, accommodations and transportation to and from the airport, hotel and The David Beckham Academy.  Note that this prize will only be awarded to a child who is 8-11 years of age at the time of entry.
• Fourth Place Prize: 1 winner will receive instruction from two David Beckham Academy coaches at the winner’s home training field.  The winner and up to 19 friends who are also between the ages of 8-15 will receive 6-hours of soccer instruction as well as David Beckham Academy jerseys.  Note that this prize will only be awarded to a child who is 8-15 years of age at the time of entry, and the winner must provide the balls, cones, bibs, goals and field.
• Fifth Place Prize: 20 winners will receive a David Beckham Academy soccer kit and sweatshirt.
• Sixth Place Prize: 200 winners will receive a David Beckham Academy goody bag including a skills book, mug, pens and pencils, and a keyring.

The MatchMaster Sweepstakes ends on September 1, 2008. The winner of the Grand Prize, First, Second and Third Place prizes must redeem their prizes during the month of July 2009.  The winner of the Fourth Place prize must redeem the prize between February 1, 2009 and July 30, 2009.
