The winner of the first Blogtoberfest giveaway on PlayLibrary is Carol Lawrence who won a $50 gift certificate to The Learning Tree online store. Since 1996, The Learning Tree stores have provided the Kansas City metropolitan area with unique, toys and gifts for kids. The company just re-launched their website, and they’re adding new toys, books and games almost daily.
