I’m a big Google fan, I have an arsenal of Google tools in my dashboard. While I’m on my way to my Google account I always check out the latest Google doodle, or any special notices they have posted. You never know when they’ll post another cool toy I can play with!
Today when I was passing by I saw a notice for Doodle 4 Google. It’s a new contest where kids K-12 can design a logo for the Google homepage. This year’s theme is "What I Wish for the World."
Google is encouraging teachers and schools to register their children. There is a registration form for the school to fill out. Registration closes at 11:59:59 PM Pacific time on March 17, 2009 and entries are due by 11:59:59 PM Pacific time on March 31, 2009.
If you home school your child check out the registration form, Google is also accepting doodles from registered home school children.
Good luck, let me know if your school or child enters. I’d love to hear how it turns out.

This is an extremely cool idea. I wonder if they’ll declare just one winner, or if they’ll do a series of winners.
what you can do is take a peace of graph paper and right google all over it but you can right it so that it is going up down side-ways or diagnle! when your done with that you color each letter and its square that it is in so that you do not know what the letter is!!!!!!!!!!!! for the letter O you can make a flower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
