Today I have some festive holiday cocktail recipes from Pernod Absinthe. They will put the green in your red and green this holiday season with their festive names and colors. With names like The Grinch and The Green Fairy they’re sure to add to the conversation at your holiday party this year. Make one of these your signature holiday drink and make a whole pitcher full to serve to your party guests. If you’re looking for a holiday cocktail to add to your collection, here’s a yummy one from Zaya Rum. This recipe puts a new twist on a retro recipe, the Apple Jack Rabbit, which was originally introduced back in 1965. You can use this updated version as your holiday signature cocktail this year. Real maple syrup paired with the fresh mint will give it the perfect flavor for the season, and make snuggling up by the fireplace with friends to reflect on the last year a little toastier.
