this is so cute. i love those colors and im sure it was more spectacular in person! but it is amazing and i fell in love as soon as i saw it. Did you make it?

  3. Debbie says:

Every year I use my great grandmother’s recipe to do my turkey and it is always moist and yummy…the trick… I marinate it for a week in the fridge with good ole Jim Beam, basting it a few times a day! Just put cheese cloth over the turkey, holds the liquid and I flip the turkey once a day to even the basting. A bit of salt and pepper and it is always a hit. Happy Thanksgiving!

  4. pamela says:

I actually like to put them into sprite for a shirly Temple like my grandpa used to make me, reminds me of him like he is still right here i miss him so much!!!

  5. Angela says:

Because our family loves chocolate covered cherries, I’m dipping them in chocolate!

  6. That Turkey looks so delicious – did you make it? Now I am really looking forward to Thanksgiving, but I am not the cook this year. I hope the Turkey we have looks as good as that one – mmmmmmmmm

    • I stuffed it and prepped it, and my brother in law grilled it, so it was a group effort:-) It was for Thanksgiving a couple years ago, and it was yummy!

I’m not the cook this year either, but my mother in law is, and she’s fabulous so I can’t wait!

  7. Linda Lansford says:

    I use them with icecream

  8. Yum. Sounds like a good addition to Manhattans!

  9. dawn0124 says:

The Merry Maraschino Cherries would be perfect in the center of my Cream Cheese holiday Wreath Cookies.

  10. Kim says:

I love to eat them plain, but I also put them in my BF’s Southern Comfort Manhattans!

  11. Mary Ward says:

They will probably be used in a variety of ways from sundaes to drinks to my mom’s famous pineapple upside down cake.

  12. virgomomwriter says:

I would use them in my famous Christmas date bread!

  13. Cindy Merrill says:

I would drain the cherries, dry them in a 15o degree oven overnight and then add them to my favorite Chocolate fudge recipe.

  14. Beverly Heffern says:

My family and I are “hooked” on the Margaritaville Dip that we no longer can get at Sam’s Club. Seems it should be available somewhere! Can anyone help us out? This is the BEST DIP EVER!!!!

  15. Pat says:

I’d put them two at a time in a glass of Diet 7UP. That treat helps me stay on my diet.

Thanks for the contest. Happy Thanksgiving.

  16. Tina J says:

My bf and I have movie nights with friends every wed. We always have ice cream too and this would be awesome to have with ice cream! We always talk about it but forget to buy!

  17. DeeAnn S says:

The cherries would be great in a fresh fruit salad. They’d also look good in a whishey sour!

  18. Suzanne Denys says:

I have a recipe for a cream cheese cookie. They have cream cheese, butter, flour, sugar and vanilla and halved cherries for on top and bake.

  19. Denise B. says:

They would go on top of our ice cream sundaes.

  20. Monique Rizzo says:

Dark chocolate covered cherries would be tasty!! Thanks for the chance.

  32. If you liked this then you would love Harvest Grand Pumpkin Spice Cream Liqueur. http://www.harvestgrand.com

  33. Cord says:

I use a similar recipe, with the exception that I use sweet table grapes rather than the apples and that I baste the turkey periodically rather than have it in a bag. This is a great recipe, and the drippings make a wonderful gravey because of the champagne/sparkling wine.

  34. I absolutely love the Scarecrow Cookies – they are amazing and look delicious

  35. DianaHayes says:

Nice interview. You did a great job.

  36. I love marashino cherries, just stole one off my husband’s sundae! Dipping them in chocolate would be heaven.

  37. Darlene says:

Thank you for the egg decorating kit. We will have so much fun making eggs this weekend.

  38. Christy says:

As a current user of both PhotoShop CS3 and Picnik I can say that I believe that Picnik’s best feature is it’s user-friendly site. The commands to editing shows you exactly what effect you’ll be getting unlike PhotoShop where you need to know what each command represents. I have used Picnik for over a year now I love it! It’s great for every type of photo project. I can only imagine the benefits of the premium!
