Easy Dessert~Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I love chocolate covered anything, but chocolate covered strawberries make a fabulous party appetizer, or simple dessert, especially this time of year.
You can coat the strawberries with chocolate ahead of time, and drizzle on several different types of chocolate from white to dark for an elegant look, and exotic taste. Or you can make a chocolate fondue and let your guests make their own chocolate covered strawberries.

You can use sprinkles, or crumbled up candy to roll your chocolate covered berries in to give them even more flavor and color. If you have your guests dip their own strawberries, set up some bowls of sprinkles for them to add after they dip.

Your chocolate covered strawberries look tremendously good. I’m a real fanatic when it comes to anything that’s covered in chocolate. I can’t seem to get enough. I’m supposed to be watching my diet at the moment, but I’m not having much success. After all, here I am drooling over your chocolaty treats! I’m my own worst enemy.
