Harvest Party Snack Mix

Here’s a recipe for a simple harvest or Halloween party snack mix.
Mix together:
5 cups of Chocolate Chex(tm) Cereal
1 bag Brachs(tm) Autumn Mix
2 cups of lightly salted peanuts
You can also spread this mixture out on a cookie sheet, or waxed paper, and drizzle it with melted chocolate, or white chocolate. Let it cool, then break it apart.
Yum, I love sweet and salty snack mixes.

Harvest Party Snack Mix! It has to be a snack mix on steoirds! All that goodness and then at the end, poor melted chocolate, or white chocolate over the whole thing! Wow!
Yum! I love sweet and salty combos too. I like the drizzled chocolate idea. That almost makes it a candy bar.
For those with nut or peanut allergies, toasted, salted pumpkin seeds work well in place of peanuts in recipes like this snack mix, or instead of peanuts on caramel apples.
