I had the opportunity to ask a few questions of Bethenney Frankel from the "Real Housewives of New York City." Now you can check out what Bethenney has to say as she demonstrates how to make healthy Super Bowl snacks for your Superbowl party. Frankel is not just a "real housewife", she’s also a Culinary school-trained Chef who runs her own Manhattan bakery, and was a finalist on Martha Stewart’s "Apprentice" show.

Bethenney also shares a few of her party tips to make your party go a little smoother. Such as coming up with a signature cocktail and making pitchers of it ahead of time for guests to enjoy.

Here are two of the healthy Superbowl snack recipes that Bethenney talks about in the video.

Simply Irresistible Blue Cheese Dip

1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

1 teaspoon minced fresh dill weed

Lemon Basil Hummus Dip

Pepperidge Farm® Baked Naturals Toasted Wheat Wheat Crisps

1. Drain the chickpeas, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid. Rinse the chickpeas.
