Le Creuset Mist Heart Muffin Pan: Perfect for a Valentine’s Day Party

I love this heart-shaped muffin/cupcake pan – the possibilities are endless, especially for a Valentine’s Day Party. For a kid’s party they’re perfect! I prefer cupcakes for kids’ parties because there’s not cutting. Everyone gets their own convenient little cake and everyone’s happy. There’s none of the “Hey…his piece is bigger than mine” that you get with a traditional cake.
For a grownup Valentine’s party, use the heart-shaped pan for decadent brownies or red-velvet cake. Ice with something red or chocolaty and place a strawberry on top.
